I am able to use html in Post and Page Titles on my WP 2.6.2 sites but not in our Mu Project. Is this Mu specific? Is there a solution? I want to add Italics and force return </br>

That has been blocked in MU due to issues with spammers.

As well as for security concerns, with having a blogging platform where out of the box "anyone" can sign up.
