MU Theme Settings

I've got a WPMU blog set up for all of the users in our organization to use but only recently did we complete our custom theme for the site.  I was wondering if it was possible to change all of the themes on the site at once to our custom theme, or do I have to go to each blog administration and change the theme.  I've already disabled the old theme site wide but this didn't seem to actually change the themes.  The theme only changes when i go to the individual blog admin and physically add them.  I've also tried to run add_site_option('current_theme','Theme Name') and while this creates the proper database entry it doesn't seem to do the trick either.  Any ideas?

Everything like that is a trade off. how many blogs do you have to do / how long would it take to write something to do it for you

If it were me, I'd use the "default" theme directory, and put whatever theme you need in there. Then disable anything else.

From there, while you may have to change a bunch of blogs now, you won't in the future.

Then for the home blog, use whatever.
