sunrise.php

I was wondering if anyone is using sunrise.php for anything interesting.   At some point it would be nice to try and use some function in there for domain mapping or some other interesting stuff, but wanted to know if anyone is using it now

I had an idea on using it for domain mapping that I've got somewhere in my notes but I never followed up on it.  I had been meaning to sit down and take a look at how gallery and phpnuke do their mapping and see if that was something I could use over here.

I think Trent's trying to start a discussion on what it could be used for.

Donncha made mention that it could be used for banned IP addresses but we do that at the firewall level.

Yeah, I was just wondering what people are using it for.   Obviously, if they are "secret" things, that isn't what I was wanting people to do.   Just a topic if someone has something they would like to share is all.   Nothing more!
