Suggestion for get latest updated blogs

Greets:

I haven't looked at the code to see if this is possible but what about adding in a # of posts check into the internal function that lists the latest updated blogs?  I seem to remember a number_of_posts or something simuliar the last time I looked through the database.

Would get rid of the empty blogs in that list I would think.
